Make changes to the listing:
To make changes to the listing, simply log-in using the "Log-In box" link on the Home Page and follow the instructions. If you prefer for By Owner Lakeland to change the listing, please email the changes to info@byownerlakeland.com. Please remember that you are responsible for keeping your listing up to date and accurate. There is no charge for making changes.
To stop service:
Call or email us with your intent to stop service. We will remove the sign from your property within 3 days. Please do not destroy the sign. A $100 fee may be assessed for returning a damaged sign. You may remove the sign prior to our arrival and lean it against your house.
If your house sells:
When your home sells please notify us by phone #1-715-358-7956 or email info@byownerlakeland.com so we can install a "Sold" sign and schedule a day to remove the sign from your property. Please do not put any "Sold" stickers or write on the signs. To change your listing to sold log on to the "Seller Log-In" link on the Home Page and following the instructions. If you prefer to have By Owner Lakeland do the change, please email us the change at info@byownerlakeland.com. Please remember that you are responsible for keeping your listing up to date and accurate.
Password and User account:
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. If you lose or forget your password, please notify us immediately by phone #1-715-358-7956 or email password@byownerlakeland.com so we can reset the password and secure your account.
Advertising:
You may advertise in other sources such as newspapers, magazines, etc. You may not however list with a real estate company and By Owner Lakeland at the same time. If you decide to list with a real estate company, notify us immediately by phone #1-715-358-7956 or email info@byownerlakeland.com and we will pick your yard sign and remove your listing.
